Creating The Outcome You Want
| 1. |
What is working in my life? |
|
Make a list of things that are going well. |
| 2. |
What is not working in my life? |
|
Be honest with yourself. |
| 3. |
What do I want my outcome to be? |
|
Be clear on the results that you want. |
| 4. |
Is what I am doing now getting closer to what I want, or am I just spinning my wheels? |
|
Some people keep busy and active but are not really moving forward. Make sure that your
actions are getting you closer to your outcome. |
| 5. |
Is there anything I need to change in my behavior? |
|
Recognize and keep what is working and change what is not working. |
| 6. |
Is my self-talk supporting what I want? |
|
Everybody has self-talk even though we often don't recognize it. Be aware if your
self-talk is saying what you want or what you want to avoid. "I don't want problems!" is not
stating what you want. "I want a solution!" is being clear on what you want! |
| 7. |
What are the beliefs that I need to support that outcome? |
|
Beliefs are the glue that keeps our emotional world together. |
| 8. |
Where do I need balance in my life? |
|
Obsessing over one area may take up too much of your energy and you end up cheating yourself of
a rewarding life. |
